Deposition Preparation
Depositions and trial testimony are a critical element of any case. While the attorney understands and may be satisfied, the client is usually left with more questions, feelings of being unprepared, and even more fear about the process. Professional deposition preparation can make all the difference.
As an attorney, you see the facts in a particular way that you believe are most beneficial to your client’s case. However, your client may not be the best advocate for themselves or know how to convey these facts in a compelling way.
I work with attorneys to understand what the story and the message is and to get the best out of their clients. It’s important to address the psychology of the environment they will be facing, their own perceptions of what is and what is not important to the case, what the story needs to be from their lawyer’s perspective and the repetition required to have them fully prepared.
The goal is to win in court. That’s hard to do without excellent deposition preparation.
What I accomplish for attorneys
I make your client look impressive on the stand and, more importantly, help them persuade the jury. The social and emotional groundwork is critical to contributing to that win in court. Assuming that you’ve done all the hard work to prepare for trial, I can add the polish to bring everything together so that the best image and evidence gets properly presented. I have prepped many clients for more than a handful of attorneys; the wins speak for themselves.
We don’t disclose online the names of the attorneys and clients we help. You can contact me directly for references if you want to hear directly from another attorney about the service I provided. Set up a brief 30 minute zoom call and I’ll share ones most appropriate for your situation.
