Mediation
When workplace conflicts arise, mediation is a great process to introduce. Mediation helps the parties feel heard and seen. It gets at the root of the issues and begins the trust-building process, so that the workplace can begin to heal and function in a healthy manner.
When there is a conflict between employees, or between a manager and a direct report, I can mediate the conflicts to help parties gain a deeper understanding of the other side’s views. Often this takes only one session, sometimes it requires more.

Sales Training
Sales scripts are never as successful as true listening is. Alice coaches sales teams how to listen deeply to customers and ask even deeper questions. She engages participants in role-play, so that they feel comfortable at the end of the training to go out and close even the most difficult of sales.
